Arnhem hosted Hilversum Hurricanes on Sunday in their fifth game of the season. It was a game vs the leaders in AFBN Div.1 South vs the bottom team in the North division who had so far managed only one win. Arnhem's expectations were high, although Hilversum are a team you must never underestimate.

The heavily anticipated matchup between the Lightning and the Wildcats was played under perfect weather conditions: blue sky and for the entire first half, no sign of any Lightning.

Dutch American Football's oldest rivalry resumed once again on Sunday with Amsterdam yet again coming out winners. This time the score was 29-0.
